Clothing, accessories, and wall art are printed on demand, Once an order is received, details are sent to our print partner, who will prepare and ship your item. Production times can vary. Standard shipping usually takes 5-6 days. In the case of excessive delays, please contact us at ohdoctordesigns@gmail.com so that we can resolve the issue.

Ceramics that are in stock are ready to ship. You will receive a tracking number within 1-2 days of placing an order, with an approximate date of delivery. Items sent within Australia will arrive in approximately 5-6 days, while items sent overseas may take longer.
