Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We offer various shipping options. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide including throughout Europe, North America, and Asia.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs vary based on your location and the items ordered. You can see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Orders & Returns
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel orders for clothing and bags. Changes may be made to orders of ceramics and stationery within 24 hours of purchase, by contacting us through our contact form or emailing ohdoctordesigns@gmail.com.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We do not accept returns on clothing, unless there is an issue with your order (e.g. incorrect colour or manufacturing defects). For ceramic items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Please contact us to initiate a return.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use this to track your package's progress.
Products
Q: Are your products authentic?
A: Yes, all our products are 100% authentic. Clothing is designed by me, and sourced directly from authorized suppliers. Ceramics are made by me in my home studio.
Q: Do you offer custom designs?
A: Not at this stage. However, I am open to suggestions, especially for bulk orders or if you are looking for someone to design something for you for an event. Please get in touch!
